In the first universal stream of which you speak, the three starships that colonized Velocitron, Animatron, and Gigantion were well-equipped with all of the necessary materials to establish a thriving settlement on this new frontier—including a stockpile of prefabricated protoforms and the necessary equipment required to construct and imbue new Transformers with sparks. In the second, enterprising Cybertronians seeking a new life elsewhere in the Commonwealth may simply migrate to a new world after their forging.
