I see more that it looks like beef, but lots of tastes that are akin to pork. And that the ribs are very sweet.

It probably also depends a lot on the cut of meat, but I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if it looked a lot like a cut of beef. See a lot of ‘very tender’ too.
