I've had to deal with all manor of things inside & outside of my tent, but this is the first time I've had frost to contend with! - Cycling shorts, skins, normal socks, football socks (pulled up all the way), zip-off cargo trousers (zipped-on), a t-shirt, thick long-sleeve cycling top, a buff (basically all of my clothes!!), a sleeping bag liner & an incredible sleeping bag & I was juuuust about OK!!! - That is until you wake up halfway through the night & realise you're no longer laying on your sleeping mat & that the icy cold ground is sucking any & all heat from your body!😂 - I think its often easy for others to view someone else's life with rose-tinted glasses & only see the positive & good aspects, especially nowadays with the wonders of technology & the way in which people portray their lives on social media, but it's important to remember that even when people are pursuing dreams that their are bad days & struggles you don't necessarily see. - No ones life is perfect, nor can it be, otherwise you'd not appreciate it & you'd take it for granted rendering it no longer perfect.
