The death toll from Cyclone Winston in Fiji has hit 29, after the deadly storm flattened whole villages. It's hard to know what the final death toll and number of injured will be, with authorities still struggling to contact some remote islands. More than 8000 people have taken refuge in evacuation centres and there are concerns that without access to safe water disease could spread quickly. The Wire received an update on the crisis from The Red Cross' Steve Ray.
