i tried drawing Cylox to look a little more like the freaky alien aberration he’s supposed to be. one of my favorite things ever is when a character with a really creepy and intimidating character design gets to be a complex character who’s able to be happy and loved despite it all.

it’s been way too long since i’ve drawn these guys. this was fun.

had fun imagining Bill trying to scam some of my OCs. i wanna make some comics about how that would go. long story short, Cylox would fall for it hook line and sinker and need his friends to rescue him.

also i tried coloring my lineart this time, i never did that before but it turned out looking kinda neat!

suddenly got the itch to draw Cylox again. probably because i started relistening to The Adventure Zone for the first time in years and years, hoping it’d ease me back into being able to listening to story-based podcasts again. back in like 2018, TAZ was the thing that got me interested in DND, which led to the birth of Cylox. so it makes sense that it’d get me excited about him again too!
