So my dumb a** got rid of the ask by accident but anyways here’s Genoa x Nyo!Cyprus for @nyotaliafan-pinkmermaid and I hope you like it! It took me a while to figure out their characters but I hope I did them justice!

Cyprus was worried. Her boyfriend hadn’t been taking breaks from his work and barely got any sleep.
She was concerned for his health. Nations don’t get sick easily but it does take some time to recover from an illness, should they catch it. Maybe that was some greater power’s idea for balancing humans and nations.
That’s when she got an idea. A staycation, just the two of them, no work and they didn’t have to leave the house.
Genoa would be able to rest while spending time with her, it was perfect. Now all she had to do was pull him away from his work.

The next day, Genoa woke up in peace. He hadn’t gotten sleep in ages and he was glad to get some.
Then he wondered why his alarm didn’t wake him up. His boss was gonna be so mad when he found out he wasn’t working. That’s when his girlfriend, Cyprus came in with a tray.
She had a big smile on her face, “I managed to get you a day off.”
Genoa had an even bigger smile on his face, “Thank you so much Cy.”
Cyprus gave him the tray, “Your favorite.”
He thanked her again and she climbed into bed with him and cuddled him. He cuddled back and asked, “Movie?”
“Definitely.”
When the movie was finished Genoa gave Cyprus a kiss on the forehead, “Thanks for this. I needed a break.” Cyprus snorted, “Yeah I could tell but you’re welcome.”
The two simply stayed together and fell asleep in each other’s arms getting some much needed rest.
