I'm a mutant, and I wear an inhibitor collar. I can't control my abilities and they're kinda, you know, bothersome, so I wear a collar, I don't have to worry about them at all with this on! It's just more comfortable for me.

I can take it off, if I want, but I prefer to keep it on, and if I do want it off I'll just ask Victor, he keeps the key for it.
