I wanna know more about Maria's life before she was a D-Class pls

little tidbits about Maria before she was caught by the Foundation:

-She was a big figure in a large crime circle in her hometown. She wasn’t exactly the boss, per se, but she was very good at convincing people to do what she wanted them to do, so at some point people decided to just stop questioning her authority.

-Her favorite swear word is ‘porrnik’, which means ‘whore’ in English. she likes to call people whores.

-She has seven siblings; five sisters and two brothers. One of her brothers is older than her, but everybody else is younger. Some of them are only half siblings since her mother was never good at making a man stay.

-One man in particular in her crime circle was named Omar - he was particularly violent and cruel, and Maria favored him over the others because he was always willing to do violence for her. Sometimes a little too willing, but she didn’t mind it.

-Despite the fact that it may seem like it, Maria was not a trouble child. She was the perfect little girl when she was younger, and her mother has no idea when it all went wrong.

For Reid:

1: sexuality headcanon He’s bisexual

2: otp you?? already know this???? let me shout IT FROM THE ROOFTOPS, GIVE ME SOME SWEET MOTHERFUCKING COFFEE MY MAN

3: brotp Probably Adrian and him. They don’t get along a lot of the time, yeah, but I still consider them some good friends.

4: notp Reid/West. I love them too much as family to ship it. hhhh

5: first headcanon that pops into my head He would be totally down for leaving the Foundation for good if he wanted to raise a family in a normal setting.

6: one way in which I relate to this character Coffee. I drink so much coffee, my dudes. I love it.

7: thing that gives me second hand embarrassment about this character The fact that sarcasm usually rolls right over his head. its hilarious

8: cinnamon roll or problematic fave? Problematic fav tbh.

For Maria:

1: sexuality headcanon She’s bi, but she leans more towards men than women.

2: otp PRISON BIRDS

3: brotp I think my otp is also my brotp, I just love them so much. they would get into so much chaos together.

4: notp Maria/Alex or Ray. sweet buns, don’t get corrupted by her.

5: first headcanon that pops into my head She comes from a really big, bustling family, so she got away with a lot of awful shit as a child because nobody could be bothered to spend enough time on her to realize what was going on in her head. If her family had spent more time on her, they probably could have gotten her some professional help and stopped this madness early on. Jus’ sayin.

6: one way in which I relate to this character The above tbh. I have a big family.

7: thing that gives me second hand embarrassment about this character I don’t really know?? She has a lot of flaws and shit, but nothing I would feel particularly embarrassed about atm. I love making her do bad things.

If applicable, how would your oc's parents react to meeting their S/O?

ok this ask is really good and pure and it made me smile???? Thank you for this. I don’t get asked about their parents very often. this is adorable.

West’s mother might actually cry if she got to meet Dresden. She would be so happy her daughter found somebody she cared about this much, and she’d immediately welcome Dresden in as part of the family. West’s father would be the cliche dad, you know, the one that carries his shot gun around and sends stink eye to the boy every time he does something even remotely wrong. I think they’d both love him, though.

Reid’s adoptive dad, oh god. He’s such a cheerful guy, you wouldn’t believe it. He’d be so ECSTATIC to meet Maxine. He’d make awful dad jokes the entire time. “I love her MOXXY hahaha”. He’d do his best to get to know her, and he’d sit his son down and have a serious talk about how to treat a lady right. Would also make a few nudges to marriage and absolutely will bring up the subject of grandkids. Brings out the photo album. don’t even get me started on the teasing from his brothers either dear lord

West and Reid are the only ones who canonically have S/Os, but I’ll do a ‘what if’ scenario for the others.

Alex’s father would cry tears of joy if his son found somebody to love, and he’d encourage him to go for it, no matter what might stop him from doing so. “Love is something you gotta grab firmly, don’t let it go”. He’d be so happy, he would love them no matter what.

Maria’s mother would be torn. On the one hand, her daughter is a well known criminal and mass murderer, so, uh, what kind of person could she have ended up with??? On the other hand, Maria is still her daughter, so she would still feel kind of happy for her. She’d be terrified, however, if she ever had to meet them. Especially if it’s Carter too could you image

I don’t think Ray’s ‘father’ would be quite as emotional about it as the others? I mean, he loves Ray like she’s his own daughter, so of course he’d be excited to meet them? But as a scientist he’d be like ‘what. how can she love. did I accidentally create a sentient creature capable of love. what’. Poor confused dad.
