anybody wanna place bets what I'm multitask working on while I draw today

both my bosses are still in bed and so are their children and i know that i’m here because the children are usually awake by now but actually it DOES piss me off that you scheduled me for a 12 hour shift and the first hour of that was simply so you could have a lie in. esp when you know that i live far from you so when you schedule me to start at 7am you know that means leaving my house around 6am which means waking up in the 5am hour. and then not getting back to my home until 8pm. and it’s 7:50am and you and your kids are all sleeping peacefully and i’ve been up for hours now for no damn good reason

also in the airport security line there was a woman who walked past with a Very Clearly Not A Service Dog in a service dog vest and when she was far enough away to be out of earshot i quietly said to me friend “no way in hell is that dog a service dog” and my friend (who has bad hearing) did NOT hear me but the person behind us in line DID hear me and he immediately snorted and said “right??” and it was, i must admit, extremely funny

so there’s this heated rivalry facebook group

(yes i’m still on facebook. millennial habits die hard)

and someone shared a screenshot of a tumblr post that was just like “when shane gets announced as a centaur harris posts this cute picture of him!”

and i was gonna ignore and scroll past because i hate to see a tumblr post breach containment on principle

but in the comments this one lady was confused and so instead i had this very funny interaction with her instead

and i’m just. tickled by this honestly. there are very many bad things about the way that heated rivalry as a fandom has truly left the confines of typical fandom circles, but watching people completely new to the idea of fandom stumbling their way through things is very fun
