I saw that this was trending, after I watched the SNL sketch with my dad, and figured I would join in.
Honestly one would think these stereotypes would have gone away by now, but I guess not.
Pictured is me(left) and my husband(right), on our wedding day. So it isn’t a recent picture, or a selfie really but I post it to make a point, just because you like d&d doesn’t mean you are some creep living in their parents basement forever alone. We have been together 8 years on the 27th of this month and hit it off because of d&d!

The pink, green, and mixed set at the bottom are mine. (The mixed is my first set given to me by my friend who introduced me to d&d 13 years ago)
The black and silver, black and gold(metal), d60, giant d20, and white and red body part dice are my husbands.
The moral of my story is, dungeons and dragons is a wonderful game that brings people together.
