{ Even if the chances are slim, the worst case scenario can always occur. It shouldn’t be tossed aside simply because other possible scenarios seem to be suitable in the situation she once was. Although there are an incredible amount of them, it is possible to omit several ones, mostly those involved with negativity.

Not everything will be happening just as planned. Happiness isn’t everlasting. Life reserves surprises, including the most heartbreaking ones. Life is cruel on its own.

Hmm… A huge pet peeve of mine… I will go with slamming the door. Whether it was intentional or not, the loud bang that follows the action is constantly unexpected. It’s just irritating since it also reinforces the anger surging within you. It’s very disagreeable to the ears, just like when someone scratches the chalkboard very slowly— It makes me shudder just by thinking about it!

Proserpine: Have you ever felt trapped?

Trapped, as in reality or metaphorically? Either way, I somehow felt trapped for the past few weeks. Although it was intentional, clearly drawing restrictive walls in order to separate myself from the real world, it suddenly felt like a world unknown to me, constantly hesitating as I couldn’t get out of my comfort zone. I was somehow stuck in time, chained to the lingering feelings and memories…

In the end, I managed to peek outside my invisible shelter. I can’t really live the rest of my life secluded when there are so many things left undone, and it is for the better…

Yet, I still feel extremely bitterly nostalgic. I bet this new road will be an unpleasant roller coaster ride for a while, but I’ll be alright.
