What already exists? D&AD (LO1)
In my exploration of visual research, it became apparent that many animations, campaigns, and informative videos acknowledge people's phone addiction but become useless in guiding them toward change or the acquisition of new habits. Often, these projects simply present information without providing steps that can make change. For individuals already feeling guilty over excessive phone use, it's crucial to recognise that phone addiction can be linked to avoiding difficult emotions, challenging life situations, and loneliness. A more gentle approach is needed to encourage users to embrace a fuller life.
