The past two weeks have been a fast and frantic introduction to being an Area Director. Firstly I missed the initial training – but I have a good excuse – I actually wasn’t even an Area Director then. I was bribed into my role after the first training session happened.
So being thrown into the deep end – I took up the challenge with a vengeance…..well part of me did. The other part got scared…
