feet fail me not

I took this week off like I planned, however I was itching with excitement and couldn't stay out of the gym. I went in today not knowing exactly what I would do so I kind of made it up as I went. I did a crossfit style circuit of 

walking lunges holding a plate overhead (I legit liked this, its a new one)

box jumps- increasing height each round

alternating arm dumbbell snatches

kettlebell swings

reverse lunge and ball slamsssss

wallsit with rotating medicine ball wall taps 

I completed a few rounds increasing weights with every set. I didn't want to go heavy, I just wanted to get a sweaty workout in. Besides, I didn't really eat all day. I was running on two boiled eggs and a handful of cashews (Smh. I know.) I didn't track my time, or really anything. I just blasted the music and went. I definitely surprised myself that I was still feeling pretty fit despite taking this week off. I’ll be doing some light cardio this weekend and hot yoga. Then, phase 1 of my plan starts Monday!! I got so into it tonight it totally brought back all my motivation. As I drove home, Lose Yourself by Eminem came on and I was like damn ok what a fitting song.

 I'm watching Law & Order and I really really wish that every time I make particularly dramatic points/arguments in real life that the 'DA DUM' noise would happen.
