I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me?

I’ve downloaded the DA: I Tools Suite but every time I try to start it up I get the same ‘an error occurred while trying to get the Project List’, and I can’t seem to find any info on this or on how to fix it, so I’m at a loss. Any help would be much appreciated. ;v;
