Hi I made a new bs family tree ok bye
Dear Medicindisquise,
The best memory I had with my father was when he took me out for a walk in the woods to watch the pandas and sometimes goldfish in one of the ponds out there.
I think now that everything is settled, the new president is asking for me and my crew to return back to work. I'm happy.

About some Ace Attorney dad ages
Lately I have been checking on some characters' age and I noticed how old some of them are to have such young children, so I wanted to comment on three dads I found the most interesting:
I think we should ask why did Manfred had another child at such late age, like why you as a 47 years old would decide to have another baby (Franziska was 2 when DL-6 happened omg, probably why she never noticed any change in his father's shoulder mobility), when you already have a kid that probably already entered adult life or at their late teens, why the bother to have another after a long time?
I don't know or remember if he ever explicitly said that he wanted a successor (considering that Franziska never talks about her sibling neither seems to be related with prosecutors), but it's funny to think that franziska was an oops baby
Another case i find it extreme is Excelcius. He is 68 in aai2 meaning that he had Eustace at 51-52?? Now soemone tell me please why on earth would you be thinking on breeding at 51, your big ass age should be thinking on retirement not having children dawg
And its interesting because, its not like it's implied that he has other children, nor Eustace seems to acknowledge any other close relative that isn't his father, and Excelcius' house was empty besides Eustace, so I'm pretty sure that he is an only child.
But if he hated him so much why on earth would you want a child, and at such late age on top of that? My only theory (and makes sense with his character) is that he only wanted a kid out of greed, probably saw Manfred with 2yo Franziska and wanted one too for himself or something.
We dont know his age but considering that he died when Lang was a teen or a very young adult, Da Long Lang looks so old here, so maybe Shi Long was another baby that came in his late years.
We practically don't know anything about Lang's family besides his dad but I do think he might have other elder siblings considering how family-oriented Shi Long is (also it would be funny Lang being the baby of the family)
Major Ace Attorney Investigations 2 Spoilers under the cut
Thinking about Simeon and Da-Long Lang when he was questioning him about the assassination
A younger, more trusting Simeon sees Da-Long as someone who can finally help him. Because finally someone is trying to do something about the three adults who’ve been terrorizing him. He gives him hope that maybe this awful experience will all be over and those three will be in prison and he can finally live freely again so he happily tells the nice detective anything he wants to know. It’s the first time he’s actually told anyone about what happened he’d been so focused on keeping this a secret for so long that he hasn’t told anyone, not even his best friend, out of fear it might somehow end up getting back to Laguarde.
Da Long looks at Simeon and sees a boy just a few years younger than his son but with a haunted look in his eyes that make it seem that he’d lived a hundred lives, seen things no child should have to see. Lang Zi once said “it is the duty of the Elders to care for the cubs” and he feels a duty to protect this child, to help him reclaim the innocence he’d lost. But as he listens to what really happened it sinks in. And with a sinking feeling he realizes that he can’t make this public it would cause a nationwide incident of catastrophic proportions if the fact that the president had been killed and replaced by some imposter were to get out. But looking at the child in front of him, tired eyes filled with hope, could he really betray him by doing nothing? But helping him would be betraying his country. What could he do?
Something was wrong. Simeon could tell. As he wrapped up his testimony he watched as the man in front of him slowly began looking more and more uncomfortable. Suddenly, he didn’t like the way he was looking at him. It was the same pitying look that adults from back at the orphanage, kind but stupid people like Ms. Fenn had on their faces when they looked at him. The guilty expression of someone who sees suffering and plans to do absolutely nothing about it. Simeon was an idiot to think he’d be anything different. So it’s with resignation, but not surprise when he breaks the silence with “You’re not going to help me are you” It wasn’t a question but a statement of fact
Da-Long couldn’t say anything to that. He knew that the child in front of him was far too clever, far too perceptive to buy any kind lie he could muster to tell him. And he didn’t deserve to be lied to. “I’m sorry” he said as if an apology would help. He couldn’t even look at him, couldn’t begin to make excuses for how he’d failed him. And in the years to come, when he pictured his greatest regrets his face, the one of this innocent child would be the first thing he saw. Until the end, his nightmares were haunted with the face of the child he had failed.
