Ok I know this is literally a blog about sam's transgressions but it's occured to me that...he doesn't actually really have any in the dabb era (correct me if I'm wrong lol. The dabb era is so flat and uninteresting it rolls off my brain like water)
And this, i think, is a bad thing.
Ok, for one, I'll fully admit that Sam was character assassinated during the Carver era, but know what he was? Complex and interesting. But in the Dabb era, he was literally reduced to being "good man" to Dean's "bad man"
And since I'm not actually watching supernatural to be the most morally correct or whatever, i think it's a tragedy that Sam's character was so fundamentally misunderstood. He is on so many levels just as morally callous as Dean, and yet we lose pretty much all of that complexity once the Dabb era hits.
