The moment Brad held your baby girl for the very first time, you knew you would never again be the most important person in his life. That very moment, his entire world had shifted — for her.

It was beautiful. 

Moreso, his relationship with her. 

She was his everything. 

They spent mornings with their matching plaid pajama bottoms watching Sesame Street, discussing (specifically incoherent babbling) the many problems the muppets experienced on a daily basis. They spent afternoons sipping tea with her monkey and bear. They spent nights cuddled in one another’s arms, her face tucked under his chin and her chubby fingers in his hair.

And while she also had the other boys wrapped around her little finger, you knew who her favorite person in the entire world would always be — her daddy.

And truthfully, when a tiara was perched on his curls and his nails were done up all pretty, you wouldn’t want it any other way.
