Day 1
Well technically day 2 but you know my OCD won't let me start on a Sunday. I've realised this won't happen all at once, and I can suddenly go from alcohol, sweets, big dinners and no exercise to complete tea total, healthy meals and complete carb and sugar free it just ain't going to happen or be realistic or more importantly sustainable. I think this is where my journey is realistic, the point of it was that is is achievable for anyone else hoping to copy my story (3/4 months from now) so this week my goal is to replace caffeine for water, more water and lots of water, food will stay the same, but I will inject exercise into my week, the goal is 15k in week 1, that's 3 evening 5k's. It's on, next run tomorrow evening!
