WIP Wednesday
Thanks for the tag @facewithoutheart and for knowing what day of the week it is unlike me!
I started writing another chapter for Camomile Sea! Still a ways to go but here is a snippet of a cute lil movie date.
We head to the center of the row, right underneath the projector. The shaft of blue light makes the dust in the air sparkle. I sit down, but Simon takes a moment to shrug out of his flannel and dig in his pockets. Somehow he unearths two bags of Skittles, a handful of York peppermint patties, and an extra-large box of Milk Duds. I stare at him as he finally sits down. “What?” he says, noticing my look. “I stopped at the grocery store—way cheaper.”
