We do things for those we love, that often mean we give up a part of ourselves. We can look back and second guess the decision, or we can sack up and square off with it, and own it. So.....here’s to owning it.

Salvilenus Fontinalis: I’ve absolutely fallen in love with these denizens of the clear mountain streams.
I’ve been out of the gym since the shutdown closed things up in late March; prior to that, I was in the gym five days out of seven. Being home more and less active was not kind to me, I gained weight and lost muscle. The gyms opened back up about three weeks ago, and I jumped back in two weeks ago. It’s disheartening to feel how much ground I’ve given up. So, the road to a healthier happier me is underfoot, and I’m walking my fluffy ass down it. I’ll post from time to time, mostly to hold myself responsible and because I can.
Remember, we can always change the things we don’t like in our lives; it may not be easy, hell, it may scare us to death, but, we can do it.
Day one, in the books! It was a long drive, but, an enjoyable one. Time spent relaxing before I turn in.....
Today’s adventure? Fishless. Yep, fished for hours in two very different locales and nothin’. Just wasn’t my day, however, I got to see some gorgeous country!
