I flew today!
My friends and I went to Brgy. Siguel today and tried this sport. This is called Paragliding. To those born in the 90s, do you remember when you used to buy that parachute-like toy with a toy soldier attached to a plastic cellophane with a thread? That's basically what this is like, except that instead of getting thrown high up in the air, you run and jump off a cliff! (Oh no, nothing like Bella). The rest is smooth-sailing.
I am so proud of myself. I had conquered my greatest fear, and I'm still alive to tell the tale.
