Goshawk daemon form analysis

Request from @thedaughteroftheforestlands. I’m going off what I know and my interpretation. Hope you enjoy!

Goshawks are a not incredibly social. While they care deeply for a small group of family/friends and happily spend time with them, they are not socially dependent and are quite content spending time on their own. But they enjoy a familiar environment, a space where they know the order of things, and this environment (whether it be specific like a kitchen or broad like a city or natural biome) is where they can thrive and supports them in turn.

They are patient, especially when going after something they want. They are not impatient and rush things at the first sign of an opportunity, because they know being patient will present the perfect opportunity for big rewards. They can be flexible about their values or wants, but once they set their sights on something they will do their best to achieve it.

They are very focused, detail oriented people. They can even be somewhat single minded in their goals and ways of thinking. They are observant to their surroundings, but not incredibly sensitive to them - an aloof observer of the world’s happenings. They are also diligent and hardworking, constantly thinking about one thing or the other and working towards one of their many goals. 

Overall summary: largely independent, feels/does best in familiar territory, very patient, determined, dedicated to their chosen people or group, single-minded, persistent, efficient, hardworking, always on-the-go, quick, and observant but better at the big picture image.

Dragonfly analysis

Another request from @ead-and-adrie. I hope you like it!

A dragonfly goes through many forms in its lifetime and as such dragonfly people are very adaptable to change. They do not fear change, and may even seek it out. Some may be the kind of person where if things get too settled for too long they seek out change (even if its small like rearranging furniture or a new haircut). 

Though they embrace change as it comes, they are designed to flourish in a certain ecosystem, and this means that they are somewhat specialized people with a focus or big picture that they live in. They do best in their field of interest/work and straying out of it isn’t as easy for them. 

Dragonfly’s are opportunistic and observant. They carefully analyse a situation and then decide the best tactic to use to address it. They know how to get what they want. They are agile and quick-on-their feet. 

They can sometimes be underestimated. A dragonfly seems like a fragile thing, but is actually a skilled hunter. People underestimate dragonfly folk as delicate and dainty, and possibly even flighty. While these may be true, there is a strength in dragonfly’s from their constant changing. They are constantly growing and improving and learning about themselves and their surroundings.

Overall dragonfly’s embrace and even seek out change, they are specialized but can learn to adapt, they are observant and opportunistic, they can be ambitious, they are quick thinkers, possibly a little flighty and easy to startle, but are always learning and growing.
