so. yeah. Sunday night/Monday I got - literally - sick to my stomach with exam anxiety/panic - and so in the morning I had to call in sick and reschedule my exam... :/

Thankfully it was pretty much a 24h thing (so I'm fine again no worries) but still it's annoying that the exam isn't behind me yet now... Earliest new appointment I could get was one and a half weeks from now - on the one hand that's great 'cos it means more (and hopefully better) preparation but on the other hand I'd like to just get it over with asap (I couldn't get it rescheduled for yesterday like I'd hoped). Oh well, I can't do anything about it now apart from feeling better prepared the next time...

Sorry I'm only letting you guys know now; it was my mum's birthday this week and a bank holiday too so I was doing other things - but maybe part of me was also a little embarrassed to tell you about my "failure"... :/

I have a big exam on Monday so I won’t be on tumblr this weekend so I don’t completely blow it  since I’ve done bloody little so far

If you'd like to answer my questions (anyone who'd be into it can do it), let me direct you to part 1 here which includes my new questions :)

1. What’s a book you’ve re-read the most?

Errr I don't actually re-read books that often... Not because I don't enjoy them anymore but simply because there are just so many more books that I want to read and I'd just never get to anything else if I often re-read what I loved reading the first time ;)

- that being said, it'd probably have to be the first couple of Harry Potter books ('cos yeah I still had time for that as a kid/in my early teens /o\ )

2. What craft do you find really impressive/would like to master?

Phew... I'm not really a crafts person. I suppose you don't mean drawing, or would that count too? (Then that! :) ) If not, then working with metal - like, so I could make my own jewelry and maybe make replicas of tv/movie blades and swords and shit idk I am very anti violence but owning a Longclaw copy for instance would be pretty neat

  3. Leather or silk?

Leather :)  (woohoo, for ONCE something I can decide on quickly)

4. Would you rather live in a medieval castle or a futuristic spaceship?

living surroundings-wise, the spaceship (less draughty) but if it's "sci fi world" vs. "historical fantasy world (magic included)" I'd go with the latter. ;)

5. Describe your ideal evening stuck at home while it rains outside.

Hmm... rain :) I love that atmosphere. SO cosy. I'd snuggle up with a good book (maybe even for a re-read if I have a lot of time haha) with a cup of tea or a glass of wine, and maybe later watch a TV show or movie I like. Or just go outside (under the porch) and listen to the rain for a while (sometimes I actually go IN the rain, I like that :3 ), it's so calming and yeah. Just love that rainy mood. Makes me happy just thinking about it.

(Ohh, oohh, thunderstorms are great too! I love seeing lightning and listen to thunder :3 )

6. What’s the first thing you learned to cook?

What makes you think I know HOW to cook? ;)

(idk does fried egg count? cooking pasta and potatoes? I'm really not much of a cook (I need recipes when it goes beyond pasta, potatoes or throwing things in the frying pan), more of a baker. Confer #10.)

What I really should practice is the Kaiserschmarrn of my Austrian grandma's which I love so much (both the dish and my grandma ;) ). - It's a dish AND it's sweet, it's prefect ^^

7. How easy it is for you to avoid responsibilities?

Way. Too. Easy.

8. Do you believe in white lies?

I kinda do... If we didn't use white lies in our lives, interactions would get really strained.

9. When was the last time you felt really angry and compelled to voice your opinion?

I got into a bit of a... not exactly fight, but "situation" with my friends recently and voices were raised... but I think it's pretty much all good now.

10. Pizza or cupcakes?

While I LOVE pizza, I'd go with cupcakes 'cos I have a sweet-tooth 90-95% of the time.

11. Write me a short rhyme.

Its not just my family that includes the mozzarella sticks? Nice!

we always get mozzarella sticks with our pizza when we order from the pizzeria in town. if we want to be bad italians and order from pizza hut (which we do...lol), we get pizza and breadsticks lol

*Since I've done this 11 Q&A before, I won't set off another chain reaction for an irrational fear of bothering anyone. So instead, I just picked out 11 questions I could answer reasonably well from the bunch that I was tagged in! (Thank you for thinking of me! ♥)

1. Favorite currently airing TV show? You can only pick one. White Collar owns my heart and soul.

2. A movie you could never get tired of watching? The original Addams Family films (technically two but you can't watch one without the other, like ever.)

3. What is the last thing you do right before going to sleep? Glasses and hairclip to the table next to me, and check my phone to make sure my alarm for tomorrow is on.

4. What’s your current OTP? Peter/Neal, hands down. Or even better yet:

I am currently ignoring the airing half of WC for the sake of the perfectness that is OT3.

5. When did you join tumblr? Aug 31st of 2011! Just before I was heading off to uni. :D

6. Have you been in(to) fandoms before joining tumblr? If yes, where/how (much) involved? Yes, I was way involved in fanfiction still but the fandoms I was invested in were pretty much all anime/manga based. I also didn't really cared for tv/films/hollywood until my post xmfc-crisis, where the gay that is Erik/Charles literally brought me to the other side of the ocean.

7. What superpower would you have? The power to succeed. (Because of course, it would take more than gamma rays and spiderbites and dead parents to get me to be more productive with the time that I currently spent on tumblr.)

8. Have you ever written fanfiction? If so, what for? Did you publish it? I started writing around 13? 14? It was eye-cringing fluff and the epitome of grammar abuse based on a fandom I still can't admit to. It used to be on ff.n but then I decided to spare everyone the pain from ever encountering them.

9. Is there a show (or two) that tumblr has convinced you might be worth looking in to? What show(s)? Firefly, Torchwood, Once Upon a Time, Supernatural and--omg, you people are horrible influences. (Though I also learned a whole lot about social justice than I ever expected.)

10. What’s something, unrelated to fandoms, that you’re passionate about? Sewing, and cross-stitching. Now, I sound like a grandma... D:

11. Are you a cat person or a dog person? I AM AN ALL AROUND PUG PERSON.

Questions I got:

1. Favorite Author and Favorite Book by that Author?

Hmm that actually changes often; it's usually "my last/latest favourite book/author" and right now that's probably still "A Dance with Dragons" by George R R Martin (ASOIAF). Or Gaiman/Pratchett's "Good Omens".

2. How’s your day going?

Okay, thanks! :) Bit tired as usual. My sleeping schedule is f***ed up. As usual.

3. First Memory?

My memory is really bad, so it's not a very early one - I was maybe five? I was in the hospital and got my tonsils taken out. (Actually, probably one of my memories from kindergarten is earlier but I'm unsure about the chronology.)

4. Current Obsession (can be anything)?

Well last week it was the game Mini Ninjas XD  Another reason why I wasn't on tumblr for a while then  Hmm, currently... my fandom obsessions are actually quite even with one another rn (often one stands out stronger than the others but it switches which one that is). Atm I'm having Merlin finale feels again, and I'm happy about White Collar being back (sadly not for much longer); I've also found a new show: The Following (but it's not quite an obsession yet ;) ).

Coffee is always an obsession of mine. And the internet.

5. Favorite Dr. Seuss Book and Why?

I haven't read a single one - they aren't really known here in Europe (not in my corner of it anyway); I grew up with Astrid Lindgren (Swedish author) and other children's book authors. I've been meaning to read Dr. Seuss though; I do know (of) some of the characters.

6. Last Movie You Saw and What you Thought of It?

Wreck-it Ralph (finally!) and I loved it! I expected it to be funny, but it has so much heart on top of it! I shed a few tears close to the end :')

7. What are your feelings regarding hats?

Generally positive (if they suit the person wearing them). Annoying that they flatten your hair (or make it static). I need one that covers my ears completely (you'd think that the amount&length of hair on my head would offer sufficient warmth, but no). OTP: Neal x hats.

8. Favorite Harry Potter Character and Why?

What a tough question! Sorry, I can't choose just one, there are so many great ones. Apart from the "big" characters, I always adored Sirius and how he wanted to be a family with Harry, and I loved Lupin and his struggle with the werewolf within. And Tonks was awesome. Snape of course, McGonagall, Fred and George... (I'm like that with most things - "one favourite" is almost impossible for me.)

9. What would your patronus be?

Maybe a cat (or maybe a wolf; or a water animal).

10. The Funniest Pickup Line You Can Think Of?

jfc I don't know any, especially not funny ones... All I've heard are kinda stupid.

Oh God, I hardly know any of those either... Yo mama so fat, when she's done turning around a year has passed.
