Moggs is definitely the most Down To Party, practically half her time in the Imperial City is spent going to fancy imperial parties and rubbing elbows with nobility. Granted, it’s mostly to garner sympathy/support for Orsinium and I doubt she has a particularly good time at most of them (unless Dulaney is there to spice things up), but she’s definitely the most Party Prone (for the longest portion of her life, too– she’s very involved in the Imperial (and Breton) party scene from her late teens to her late 50′s)

Daggerfall-era Dulaney also spent a fair amount of time in fancy parties!! She was pretty highly decorated after serving in the War Of Betony and got invited to galas a lot, partially because people were impressed with such a promising legionnaire and partially bc she had a reputation for being A Lot Of Fun 

Ghuff’s main Fancy Party Experience was the Thalmor party during Skyrim’s main quest but she reluctantly goes to the Nord equivalent of fancy parties every so often, particularly after she slays Alduin and gets fairly famous. I have been meaning to draw the Thalmor party for so long lmao Ghuff had..A Time. Delphine tried to pass her off as the representative/wife of a wealthy Orc Chieftain so she had to deal with a resurgence of identity issues, terrible acting skills, and. general ineptitude with nobility

Lurdge…..also went to her fair share of parties during the Morrowind days while trying to become Hortator, she Super Hated Dunmeri political parties because she Super Hated Dunmer politicians and she Super Duper Hated having to pretend to enjoy both of those things (especially while mostly sober, what a sacrifice). 

Other than them, Aptus and Maulok occasionally attend Imperial and Breton parties, but only when dragged along by Moggs, and that isn’t very often because Maulok is super disdainful of human nobility and Aptus is a bit of a ben wyatt at parties

Ghuff first meets Lurdge in Windhelm!! After Ghuff is exiled from Narzulbur she hikes down to the city, where Lurdge had been staying to help Dunmer refugees and harass Ulfric Stormcloak. Lurdge hears a rumor about a lone orc kid entering the city so she tracks Ghuff down and manages to persuade her to travel with her, and the two leave for Solstheim after a couple days because Lurdge has had it up to Here with this terrible city 

Ghuff and Rato meet in Helgen during the ol Skyrim intro, Rato had been working in the local inn after losing her leg traveling and she helps Ghuff escape the town when Alduin attacks. 

Aptus meets Moggs and Maulok in the Imperial City after he’s introduced to them by some representatives of the Emperor! At first he was assigned to them as an escort, so it was his job to house them and guide them around the Imperial City to make sure the sight of two Orcs wandering around the city didn’t cause alarm (Orcs did not have Imperial citizenship in Daggerfall era and most commoners would probably be more likely to see them as invaders than visiting dignitaries) 

Moggs meets Dulaney in the Imperial City, at a gala that was being held for the Imperial Legion (Moggs had just been inducted into the Blades, and her, Maulok, and her uncle Gortwog were in the city to see the Emperor about political Orsinium stuff). They didn’t hit it off at first..Moggs was a super arrogant 18 year old and Dulaney was an equally egotistical douchebag lmfao 

aand I am retconning a lot of stuff currently but I think Durza meets Ghuff and Rato in Riften when they show up looking for Esbern as part of the main quest. Durza and Enashra had planned on staying in Riften for a decent amount of time, and Durza grew partial to escaping the temper of her increasingly nasty gf by chillin in the Ratway/Ragged Flagon. When Ghuff and Rato show up fighting Thalmor agents and lookin for the weird old man she chats with every so often, she sees it as the perfect opportunity to break out of the commitment she’s gotten herself into with Enashra, and decides to ditch her old lady and tag along with the Blades Bunch instead
