My New Food Rules 。*゚+
1. Get instant coffee. I won't have time to make coffee using ground coffee and frankly, I'm too lazy to go through the entire process. You still get the same amount of caffeine.
2. Drink the white can monster. Whenever my boyfriend gets me a drink on his way to my house, it's gonna be that, or number three.
3. Consume carbonated water like it's your Bible. You can add flavor to it by adding fruits or teas. You can't go wrong with this one. The bubbles in your tummy are cute too.
4. The only junk food (snack) I'm allowed is animal crackers. They're not low cal, BUT, I can eat it through-out the day as a reward :)
5. Smoke. Often. Not too often cause you're not trynna die before you reach your ugw. But have three a day to carb your appetite. If you can't smoke, consume water like it's alcohol.
(For non-smokers, if you see this SOMEHOW, do not use this advice. You're already damaging your body one way...don't add another.)
6. Low calorie fruits are your friends. Right now we can't have any cause we're broke, but when we can, indulge in them religiously.
