yes i do have nezu headcanons ^^

here they are:

he's a stoat!!!!

he was a test subject from wayyyyy back in doq time, kudou rescued him. the testing somehow made him very long lived.

became trioholders' second child. hikage didn't like him very much

(kudou was the favourite parent, nezu was kudou's favourite child)

left after bruce died cause hikage was getting unreasonable in his grief and he couldn't deal with that much longer

intentionally sent daigorou hikage's way so he'd have a friend at least

not very emotionally intelligent

has notebooks on how humans feel emotions, best ways to deal with them, signs of each emotion, etc. cause he can't feel them himself so he must do ALL the research

has known about ofa all along

profiles all his students and staff - has programs in the public network monitoring them all

adopted shouta and married his adoptive father (for tax benefits. totally)

likes being up high

can be a bit of a sadist at times but only cause he's not very fond of the human species. he helps them because it's mutually beneficial, that's all

if toshinori hadn't gotten there first nezu would've happily clawed out afo's eyes

likes headpats, especially ones from kudou :)

i genuinely dislike the colours i gave daigorou and couldnt remember them so hed stays uncoloured

bruce - leafwing

hikage - leafwing/silkwing hybrid

welp, i must oblige:

How I feel about this character: I love him. he's the father ever. i want more screentime for him tho

All the people I ship romantically with this character: hikage, the oc i have for ens mum, yasuka (yasuka's not very nice tho), and a todoroki ancestor (again oc), takibi (takibi would've been so much nicer to him lol)

My non-romantic OTP for this character: blackwhip's had his back from the start (sentient quirks lets go), but also hikage and him as bsfs went hard. then the divorce happened. also, the father ever, he loves his son (en).

My unpopular opinion about this character: he went to ua. i think the concept of heroes likely wasnt popular until nezu opened it (immortal rat god satan), and vigilantes were often seen/branded as criminals for either being so reckless or for putting people in danger with their metapowers/quirks (its the transitional period between terms). then nezu popularised it, people started seeing them in a better light, and then they started herding vigilantes into taking licenses from the hpsc

One thing I wish would happen/had happened with this character in canon: literally anything, GIVE US INFORMATION, SHOW US HOW HE GOT OFA, how did he meet hikage?? why did he pick en as his successor???

bisexual disaster

divorced father with two kids

ex-wife (yasuka) is a horrible woman. well was nice till they fell outta love then started trying to steal the kids

the kids are kotomi (the older daughter) and en

blackwhip is semi-sentient

is a really good cook

is depressed but keeps functioning for the benefit of his kids

fell for hikage on sight

buzzes his hair

was part of the second lot of hero students to graduate from ua

died a within a few weeks of en graduating from ua

was best friends with shouto's great-grandfather. hooked up with him once, never went anywhere tho (much to daigorou's disappointment)

unrelated but KNUCKLEDUSTER IS A BANJO I SWEAR THEY LOOK AND SOUND SO SIMILAR and knuckles acts a lot like i think daigorou would so also grappling hook = blackwhip

my headcanons for nana:

bisexual

torino fathered kotaro, toshinori's adopted

nana/en/chiyo/torino

she adopted toshinori when he was four and toshie died in a villain attack (afos fault)

did her internship + work studies at lariat's agency with en

used to get torino or en to throw her while she was using float for better speed. she broke the hpsc president's window doing this.

like twice en's height tbh

the bestest mum ever

she died during nori's work studies

her agency (that was ens, that became torinos that became toshinori's) was daigorou's originally. it's carried all heroes with ofa.

regularly uses her cape as a blanket

gave toshinori the buckle from her hero costume (HE WEARS IT AS A BELT BUCKLE IN CANON. DURING THE SLUDGE VILLAIN STUFF. ON THAT OUFIT. THAT'S NANA'S BUCKLE im pretty sure at least) or he took it from her body afterward idk

was crushed under a building

hero name was sky high

she's hot. it's a fact. everyone knows it. even the straight women and the gay men and all other people who don't swing that way know it.

imagine vigilante!en, sitting on a roof, just playing something haunting over the quiet streets people are terrified of this part of town but the locals know to find safety in the shallow mist that coats the streets. and if you piss him off… well. hope youre ready for deafness

imagine the commission (early stages) being tipped off by an anonymous guy (rich fucker) that theres a villain (12yo en) lurking in this bad part of town daigorous sent there to take up post he gets there and finds a kid beating the shit outta a bunch of robbers a kid who matches the villains description daigorou promptly spends a month and a half dodging/tracking down this kid thats half his size
