the way naruhata is introduced as a generally "bad" neighborhood that slipped through the cracks of the hero system. the way koichi and pop are stepping up to keep their community just a little safer and cleaner and nicer and more fun through everyday actions. the way the little festival at the mall brings heroes and spotlights local artists in an otherwise overlooked community. the way that even though knuckleduster has his own agenda, he's always there to try and help by trying to track down what's happening with trigger. the way everyone from naruhata we've met in the manga comes together for pop step when she needs it. the way the problem is always first and foremost the system (mostly the police) and the solution is first and foremost community. the way that vigilantes shows that anyone, truly anyone, can be a hero. all it takes is to care about others and take the leap and dare to fly. and if you fall? well, you just have to learn how to do it the right way and keep getting back up again.
