Proverbs Chapter 7
Today’s Proverb was in chapter 7. “My son, keep my words and treasure up my commandments with you; keep my commandments and live; keep my teaching as the apple of your eye; bind them on your fingers; write them on the tablet of your heart.”Proverbs 7:1-3 Many people confuse wisdom with intellectual power or being smart. There are many smart people who don’t really know how to practically…

Don’t suspend your knowledge, always remain skeptical
Proverbs 3
Today as I read lord I am overcome by your greatness. I am seeking out understanding father. Set me free in my heart. Give me the understanding to know you more.
Proverbs 2
The Lord is calling us to seek after righteousness as though it were a treasure. Like pirates who make their sole sight in their treasure. Sailing land and sea in search of their prize. Conquering and slaying all who over take them. A prize so glorious we all run to with arms open wide. Eyes lighting up and life over taking the prize. Treasure is seen as valuable and precious when a pirate sails around on their ship leading a crew of men they all make it their goal to go after a treasure they collectively work together to find the wanted thing. I believe that a pirate with out a treasure is a pirate with out a purpose a fool wandering aimlessly. God your word warns against wandering aimlessly I thank you for your purpose I thank you for the wisdom that is like an overflowing fountain I pray that you place a map to wisdom in my very soul and that my desires for wisdom overtake the pleasures of the flesh and that you would help me create an atmosphere of learning and that you will help me to seek out the kingdom first. In your name consume my heart and overtake my thoughts. Amen.
Proverbs 1
Solomon was the wisest king and mainly because his prayers were for wisdom. God was very fond of Solomon, he had what we all strive for a genuine heart that understands the importance of wisdom. If Job would've had wisdom perhaps he wouldn't of been in such a terrible situation. What I find surprising is that the love of God surpasses most however once a fool unless you whole heartedly pursue the lord and all his wisdom we a nothing. Wisdom, Knowledge, understanding and are all different even though in my head they are all synonyms of each other. Understanding I believe that wisdom and knowledge don't necessarily Gardner understanding. With understanding it's knowing that if you touch a rose with thorns you'll get poked. Knowledge is knowing the rose has thorns. Wisdom is knowing that God made a rose with thorns on it and knowing that you are not invincible to thorns. God I pray that you make my heart malleable and that you help my brain to follow your word and not the impulses or feeling of my heart. God thank you for establishing purpose I. My life and thank you for knowing what I'm seeking and for answering when I knock. Amen.
Look to the sky. You will not find answers there, but you'll see what everyone is screaming about.
