Jesus, give me the power to do what is not humanly possible-- to forgive others when they hurt me. Just as you’ve forgiven me for my sins, today help me to forgive the people who have wounded me.

Jesus,

I forgive those who have wounded me both physically and mentally. I forgive those who have tossed their judgments my way when their own hands were covered in filth. I forgive all of the hurtful things I have been called in anger from the people of my present and past. I forgive family members who have done me wrong, and feel no remorse. I leave all of my worries to you, Lord.
