Gwen (Idiot Broadsword Dwelf™) - Child to a dwarven father and elven mother. Granted knighthood after riding to battle alongside her king on multiple occasions. A convenient Christian, if just to keep her title. “Lord, please let me live another day so I may feel her soft skin beneath my hands. Amen”. Beer is her water and proving her physical prowess like a male animal is her hobby. Normally wields a two-handed sword but frequently hunts with a longbow. Has a direwolf as a steed, but honestly it doubles as a massive pet dog.
Fuckbuddies with Mean Eastern Fairy™ because traveling eight thousand kilometers on the back of a wolf over varying terrain is obviously worth the sex (and getting verbally mocked in a language she doesn’t understand).
Korbl (To be Added™) - The first born son of a lord. Trained as a knight under Gwen, who proceeded to take apart whatever he learned about the Code of Chivalry. To be fair, he did learn how to properly handle a two-handed weapon. Temperamental, and therefore reckless. He is very headstrong however, and his loyalty lies where his stubbornness points towards. Like his senior, rides a direwolf to battle, although he probably respects his mount better and abuses it far less.
Dai (Crazy Ax Lady™) - No one knows where this lady came from, and none dare ask her. Perhaps one could label her as a mercenary for hire, but a good fight makes her forget the payment. Loves axes and heads rolling. May be just as dangerous with her weapons. Many rumours surround her, although none have been clarified. Despite her reputation and foul tongue, she is fairly merry, and enjoys life’s simple pleasures of bloodshed.
Has a grizzly bear as a companion. The story goes that she wrestled the bear for three days and three nights before the bear fell and begged for mercy.
Lilie (International Dragon Rider Courier™) - A young elf bearing animal features. The idea of constant travel is her romance. Originally delivering on horseback or foot, she later stole a dragon from a town’s alchemist. The two ended up making the best of companions for each other however, as the beast had little chance to fly while in the possession of the potions maker. Although they make their living out of a delivery service between nations, they have recently taken to joining a particular bounty-hunter and his gryphon on occasional headhunts.
Tirill (Tome of Knowledge™) - An alchemist living in a fairly well-to-do town. Her mother passed on the knowledge of herbology to her, and she uses potions to treat both humans and animals. She dabbles with magic, although she is fairly secretive about it to avoid persecution for witchcraft. Bought a dragon as a mount on impulse once, but realized that even buying a lapdog would have been better suited for her. Either the dragon ran off or someone stole it, although it took her a week to realize the creature had disappeared.
Coincidentally working on cannons that can kill dragons midair. Nothing to do with the fact her dragon went missing though.
Koule (Magic and Science™) - Something of an apprentice to Tirill. Truth to be told the two just like the idea of Blowing Shit Up, and it just so happened the Tome of Knowledge™ doesn’t actually mind sharing knowledge. Turned a particular archer’s horse into a talking llama once while experimenting with potions. Said archer was Very Nice and decided that yes, she can ride a llama to battle if need be.
Currently trying to figure out how to turn the llama back.
