i worked out what was happening to my tooltips. they are popping up behind the elevator tab. how do i make them go infront?

I would suggest maybe a new banner and also making it a little bigger.  Other than that I really love your blog!!

change your banner font

get rid of the extra space in your bubble tab & links popup

make it so that your banners & helptml open in new tabs
