Life Span- 258-260 years

The Dajal live on the planet Caecus in the Black Eye Galaxy. Topside of Caecus is uninhabitable for living creatures. If the acid storms don't kill you then the freezing temperatures and lack of resources will. Dajal live in massive underground cities away from the acid storms and freezing temperatures. They survived for thousands of years without any predators.

Dajal have no eyes. They see using echo location/vibrations.

When humans came to Caecus the Dajal worried that their planet would be mistreated and its precious gems stolen. The humans were unaware that any species were living on the planet and began drilling for Agrosanite, a main resource in space travel.

The Dajal noticed Caecus' vibrations began fluctuating erratically so in defense of their planet the decided to reveal themselves. After a long battle of underground bombings and silent attacks the two parties came to an agreement. The humans could excavate Caecus' Agrosanite under Dajal watch. If the Dajal thought humans were taking too much or being too aggressive with Caecus they would have to pull their drills and find resources elsewhere.

Dajal mate within their species, laying eggs inside dark, moist, nests made of soil. They are not keen on interacting with outsiders and prefer to keep to themselves.
