Nagornyy and Dalaloyan did an interview for Match TV but that wasn’t the interesting thing to come of the article. It says that there are only two competitions they are going to take part between now and the Worlds. They mention Russian Cup and Universiade. It would be awesome if Nagornyy and Dalaloyan were on that team.
It makes me wonder though aren’t Russian Cup and Universiade on the same dates? I’m guessing the dates for Russian Cup are tentative as of now. If you look back four years ago every major gymnast skipped Russian Cup four years ago. The major gymnasts had done Euros and Universiade - both on home soil. Which brings me to the idea that Russian Cup might not be that important in the naming of a World team.
