Me when I realize that She doesn't need to go down the same path that I'm taking. That She is not unforgivable like me. She isn't beyond saving. She is stronger than I ever will be because She actively chooses to be optimistic, and to keep letting people into her life even if it can hurt her instead of running away. like a coward

its so hard....... to imagine Violet ending up anything else other than a cadaver adorned by flowers, being cradled by the crook of the tree she picked as her resting place. She doesn't want to live in the metropolis area with Orange, not just because of her complicated relationship with other marbles, but she just,,,,, doesn't want that life.

The closest thing to a fulfilling life for her would be the life she left in Boseru Island, or if Orange were to have followed her into that forest.

Everyone that's ever hurt her lives in her hometown. Everyone who CAN hurt her lives in Scotapolis. Orange prefers having a fulfilling career where she gets to meet and help people, partially as her way of ""paying penance"" for the hurt she caused her ex-friends. Orange would not be happy with Violet when they're far from civilization, hell Violet herself isn't particularly happy with her choice either, she just prefers it over anything else.

It is impossible for either of them to be happy while being in each other's life.
