The State Fair of Texas is now open!
I guess one of the privileges of working on Main Street is that we get an occasional parade that comes through our front door. Welcome to the 2014 State Fair of Texas where 2.5 million people will ascend to Fair Park in Dallas to enjoy Texas food, traditions, rides and attractions. Now living in Texas for 19 years I have certainly grown to appreciate this once a year tradition. Here are some photos from the parade and soon I will post photos from the fair. Here I come Big Tex!
