In the days that follow Kurt's return to McKinley, he makes quite a few discoveries.

About himself, and about Blaine.

Can't say that he really dislikes them, but they just leave him a little ... befuddled.

Now that they can only see each other every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon and on the week-end--and that is when Blaine doesn't have polo training and Kurt doesn't have Glee practice for Nationals--Kurt and Blaine text fairly regularly, but there is something charming and sweet in Blaine's attempt at being sexy over texts.

Who is he kidding, it's driving Kurt up the wall with sexual frustration, and he didn't think it was possible.

His boyfriend is a tease from the 1950s, and there's that.

When Kurt asks nonchalantly what Blaine is doing :

"Thinking of you instead of doing Maths"

, followed by a winky smiley that brings a bubble of laughter on Kurt's lips.

When Kurt sends Blaine a selfie to show off his outfit (he loves doing so on the days where he knows that they'll meet), Blaine takes at least fifteen minutes to reply, which would worry Kurt to no end if Blaine's texts were not:

"Wow"

"How does the population of McKinley manage to focus on anything while you're around *headshake*"

"Blue really is your color"

"Can't wait to see you in the flesh ;)"

And doesn't the last one send a heatwave down Kurt's body, pooling in his belly like an internal volcano.

But sometimes, Blaine is the one sending impromptu messages, with as much timing as he did at the beginning of their friendship (feels like a lifetime ago, dear God).

In the middle of AP French--

"I reached for your hand in the hallway and found only air and I froze"

--during lunch--

"Bon appétit, Kurt :) They're serving the hachis you disliked so much and I can't stop giggling thinking how cute you looked with your nose all crunched up"

(Obviously, the mandatory shortness of texts is flying over Blaine's head)

--after P.E.--

"I know you had gym today and i made the mistake of picturing you in those shorts"

--that last one was practically a provocation and Kurt retaliated by sending a picture of him in said shorts.

"dlrghsdlfukghbjsmghqj"

"You're killing me, darling"

Not that Kurt regrets sending it, it's not like he send a nude picture (oh Lord, how could he even) or something, but the "darling" makes him rush to the closest stall.

And maybe it makes him kiss Blaine a little more passionately when they meet in the parking lot of the Lima Bean.

Just maybe.
