Good morning, sunshine || Lumpy & Kennie
It was a beautiful morning. The chirping of the birds outside his window, woke Kennie up. He turned his head to look at the boy next to him. Messy red hair, freckle-covered skin, eyelids closed so peacefully. They had fallen asleep in the middle of cuddling and snuggling, but now each one was on his own side of the bed. It was a bit sad to know their bodies didn't want to stay together throughout the night, but he couldn't do anything about it while he was asleep. Kennie was about to roll over and hug Lumpy again when he felt it. Hard and stiff under the sheets. "Shit..." He muttered and sat up on his side of the bed, pulling the sheets off. Looking down at his crotch, he sighed quietly, careful not to wake up the other up. Morning wood. Fucking perfect. Kennie was about to stand up when he felt something move on the bed. He glanced back over his shoulder and noticed the other boy was awake. "Uh, mornin'."
Room 201 || Lumpy & Kennie
Kennie staggered his way through the dorms. He looked for the number that was so deeply burned into his brain. Room 201. He mentally cursed himself for remembering. His fingers were slackly wrapped around the bottle that he had 'borrowed' for Squirrel as a birthday present. He had shared enough of its content with her, he supposed. He deserved some to himself. His cheeks felt numb from the cold night wind that had hit him while he was finding his way from the party to the dorm building. His hands, mostly his fingers, were frozen. He had to take a big swig from his bottle before he could die from hypothermia. Numb. He wanted his heart to feel numb like his fingers, but he still felt pain. He was being such a big fool, probably the biggest fool of all, and he knew it. 198, 199, 200... Kennie knocked on the door loudly, hoping the person he so longed to see would be there. He knocked again, a yell escaping his lips huskily. "Lumps! Open up!" He took another gulp, the pure liquor burning his throat once more. He didn't like mixers, they only slowed down the process. The process was forgetting. The process was numbing. The process was not working. His heart was beating faster now. Harder. As if it was desperately trying to burst out of his chest. He wanted to scream or cry, but he couldn't. He was a monster, he couldn't show vulnerability. And he couldn't allow himself to soften up for anyone, not even him. All those times Kennie had had to contain himself. So very foolish of him to believe he had to spare him. Like he was any different from the others. He wasn't, he told himself. He was just another guy. Another guy Kennie wanted and he was going to get him tonight. No more special treatment for Lumpy the Heffalump.
Lumpy, wake up.
Hey Lumpy.
I gotta tell you something!
