Plenty impressed with #Tripologie Eastwood Mall. This @carlton_luggage has been beat and battered twice. In 2017, it was pried open despite its #TSAlock 🔐 - travelled via @koreanair. This year via @evaairways, the handle was broken when we arrived LAX end of Oct 2018. But this time around I filed for passenger rights for #DamagedLuggage 👎🏻 They settled more than a month after the fact. Both times I got this repaired at @tripologie_ph, I wasn’t charged for parts and repair.
