Low, almost soundless beeps leave the little ball, as his head turns around in search of his human. The droid had heard from several soldiers around them, had heard the name FALLING too many times, more often than he had in the past few MONTHS.  

Finally spotting his friend, he rolls towards him, head moving slightly from side to side in an excited manner. When finally reaching Poe, the eight ball slides around the man’s legs, showing the HAPPINESS he felt for being reunited again.
