Okay, as a heavy dramatic soprano who went through a phase like this (at 17) without an understanding teacher, I have many things to tell you about this, the biggest of which is that you are undergoing a physical/emotional change and please be soft with yourself in regards to your needs and limits right now. THIS IS TEMPORARY. This does not make you less of a singer, a person, or a soprano.

it was literally one of the most terrifying and exhilarating things i've ever done. now that it's over i can actually go back and say that i enjoyed it even though it was still terrifying (especially bc he was CUTE and like a senior)

ahaha this is really lame
but my senior year of high school (like 6 months ago) there was this drama competition where if you placed, you automatically go to Nationals and i was SO EXCITED because me and my bestie (a junior) were gonna do a FRIGGIN hilarious Harry Potter duet piece (she had done a different type of HP piece every year so i was excited that i got to be a part of that with her) and then she was gonna do a solo piece and i was gonna do a solo piece and then one other senior was gonna do a solo piece but then our teacher said we could only take three pieces and so i gave up my solo spot and then my best friend placed in her solo piece and our duet didn’t even make the second round (it was like too inappropriate or some thing?????? it was, there were a lot of sexual innuendos) and so i was pretty disappointed but i was really happy for her!
also i beat her at state competition anyways (i got fourth in the whole state waddup) whoops
TL;DR i gave up my spot my senior year for my best friend her junior year to compete and then she won but it was okay bc she deserved it :)
Tiana: A time you tried the hardest for something.
uhh i guess i’ll say that i got into one of the best Fine Arts schools in the entire US and i tried very hard for that

frick i dunno i didn’t have a lot of childhood heroes
i really liked Raven Symone and what she was all about and i even wanted to be a fashion designer for a long time because of That’s So Raven and like that episode where she wanted to model her own dress but they wouldn’t let her because she wasn’t skinny enough and then they beat out the stereotype really stuck with me and i loved that she was like dude bigger girls are awesome too and so that made me feel awesome as a little chubby kid who got made fun of (who grew into a chubby adult with a lot of confidence waddup)

i can make some mean chocolate chip cookies and brownies
and like pasta but that’s easy
OH MAN i can make some REALLY GOOD devilled eggs
but yeah i’m no master chef
