I saw this quote on @hustler.son and this view point goes exactly with what I say when it comes to fighting.
If you throw a shot and in your mind you’re thinking I hope it lands…..then 9 times out of 10 it’s going to miss.
However, if before you throw a shot and you tell yourself it’s going to land…..then 9 times out of 10 it’s going to land.
If any of you have trained and fought in Thailand and you’ve had a trainer say to you “when you attack, attack sure!” 😂 this is what they’re referring to.
Everything you want to do in life comes down to intent so don’t throw/do anything half hearted otherwise you could pay a very hefty price later on.
