You know what I love about the Miraculous Ladybug world? Is that no one shames Hawkmoths’ victims when they become akumatized. No one not even the mayor or the police force or the French Government. They’re just like “you got akumatized? that is so horrible, it happened to me last week, lets get you a warm blanket and food and is there anything else that you need??”

They understand completely because literally everyone in Paris at some point has been effected personally by being akumatized or has been a victim of an attack and they understand that it’s not the attacker but Hawkmoth. They realize the villain is actually a victim of not only basic (negative) human emotions that happen on a daily basis, but that Hawkmoth has zeroed in on that person and has exploited their personal feelings of anger or grief and has emotionally assaulted them and forced his will on them.

I just don’t think that there is enough credit that goes out to the entire group of people in Paris for this compassionate thought process because its gotta be hard sometimes; but they just are like “yeah bro me too”

On the same flip side though, how is Chloe not considered public enemy number 1 since she literally is the reason for like over 90% of people being akumatized????
