So a few years back, in 2006, I came across a pattern for a Dammit Doll. Never heard of them until then. I was in school and working so I realized that not only my class could use them, so could I...lol. So I started crochet up 11 of them. My classmates loved them! Well I haven't had need of it for a long time, so I gave it to one if my cats. Snowball slept with it as it had my scent. It has gotten lost over the years though. She is good at hiding stuff...lol Well this year with the US Presidential Elections, I have been stressed & frustrated. Then I noticed that one of my favourite toy designers, Fiona Goble, has written a pattern for a Donald Trump & Hillary Clinton Doll (http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/knit-your-own-usa-election). So I'm knitting these up as my new dammit dolls, to save the tvs from getting broken on November 8th. I am Canadian, however American politics can & do affect Canada. Whatever your thoughts are about POTUS, it's hard to dispute the likeness of this doll.
