I have been to a bunch of doctors in the last few months for various levels of debilitating musculoskeletal dramas and gotten a hundred pages of print outs and here is the summary of options I have:

Do yoga sun salutations + basic intro ballet warm up every day (include ballet foot warm up exercises)

Medicine that will give you an ulcer

Surgery.

And the exercises help, so it's fine, but it's kind of amazing to me that we're here, living in the future, and I'm in pain and the main thing we've got for it is still yoga and ballet. Shout out to 4th century BCE in India and 15th Century Italy, y'all, they were killing it.
