STAFF SEARCH!
PREFERRED CANDIDATE:
Active. A site can never be successful when its staff aren't active, so this will be a must! Along withthis comes meeting deadlines, and helping plan different things as a team.
Cooperative. We must all be able to come together and have a wonderful creation. It should never be one person's job, and everyone's voice should be heard.
Creative. Someone who can improvise when things get wonky, and come up with root ideas that we as a team can branch off of.
Respectful. Cliche but treat others the way you want to be treated. When there is a problem between members, prepare to handle it professionally and promptly.
THE MINISTRY (what we'll be called): Everyone will be doing the following but we'll all be split into other specific jobs:
Be friendly and kind to all members of any creed
Advertise when required
Help develop plots/subplots & games rules
Create a welcoming environment
Reading, critiquing, and accepting applications (shipper apps)
MINISTRY OF ART (1):
In charge of graphics & coding (with me), issues with them, site requests, etc.
MINISTRY OF RESOURCE (1-2):
In charge of writing and leading in plots, challenges, & events. Everyone will be doing this but this person will be heading this job.
MINISTRY OF ASSISTANCE (1):
In charge of keeping the advertising section clean, and keeping a masterlist. Everyone will be doing this but this person will head this job.

PLOT
Lord Voldemort’s return in 1995 began THE SECOND WIZARDING WAR. The paramount malefactor led his votaries, known as DEATH EATERS through a nefarious and blood-spilling crusade through the Wizarding Realm until 1998 when he had finally come face to face one last time with none other than HARRY POTTER, the boy who lived. He had given Hogwarts' inhabitants a choice to hand over Potter and be free. This took place during the BATTLE OF HOGWARTS, the history books consider it the climax of this story. Potter fed off of the tragic losses he had faced in his life, and Voldemort, what may have been an indefinite amount of evil.
Ultimately, ol' Tom Riddle fell to the end of Potter's wand. His co-tails initially resigned and were at the mercy of the ORDER OF THE PHOENIX. All Death Eaters faced a trial that lasted two weeks. Their case received priority status. Being kept in holding cells deep in Azkaban until their final day on trial, one could hear venemous screams and cries from miles away. The WIZENGAMOT unaimously adjudicated the sentence of BANISH AND SHUN. An atypical solution that shook the Wizarding World by surprise. The criminals in slim shadows for years to count.
A sweet era panned over more than one-hundred years. The ineffable GLORY DAYS of the Wizarding Realm. Serendipity of an occurence that the realm thought it would never see. Although, that period of serenity had been cut short.
The earth in itself was nearly unsurvivable. World War III, had taken over rampid between two sides of the same battle. Struggle and greed of power between nations had errupted. Radioactive decay, nuclear warfare, and carelessness of man-kind caused her body to crumble in many places. Empires all over plummetted into ruins, but a tiny spec of hope was born. Panem. While the Wizarding World attempted to protect itself with strapping incantations, in the other hemisphere lived a neighboring feat.
Year 2122. Panem. Some considered to be somewhat magical in itself already. A utopia from the looks on the outside, but she had a war brewing on the inside of her already. North America had been left in ruins after possible radioactive and natural disasters had occurred, but this fresh Capitol promised it's inhabitants new life and safety as long as they agreed to live under their conditions. A privileged Capitol, who forced their surrounding Districts to bow in awe of them metaphorically by providing them with an abundance of resources. As expected by a commentator, THE FIRST REBELLION sparked. The Thirteenth District, was the most revolting. Something that was often seen as a good change, but the impacts were miserable and devastating. With hope shining in their minds, they used their resources, nuclear weapons, against their never-trusted government. The more superior power had an artilery of their own. Demolishing the very sector they had created. At least that's what they had thought.
KATNISS EVERDEEN, the girl on fire discovered in her year as a victor of THE HUNGER GAMES, a ruthless annual event that pitted children against each other; that there was more out there. And the supposed destruction of the rebellious faction was still alive, and she could join them if she had wished. But she decided that she wanted to be bigger. It was more about the good of the cause than it was just for her. And she led as the Mockingjay all the way into the 75TH HUNGER GAMES: QUARTER QUELL. In which she had been reaped again, because the rules had been changed around in more ways than one.
Katniss Everdeen had won the Quarter Quell. In the end, PEETA MELLARK "sacrificed" himself for her by being "killed" by FINNICK ODAIR before they escaped to District Thirteen with the help of PLUTARCH HEAVENSBEE. She however was taken custody after by the Capitol for treason of the staged fight and was introduced to the DARK ORDER. Originated by former Death Eaters whom wish to rule at any cost. Their leader, JARIUS GUNN and Panem's PRESIDENT SNOW, formed an alliance to rule Panem and make sure that Katniss wouldn't live. And she didn't. She was one of the rare muggle-born wizards. Like Harry Potter she was brave, who had passed on years before she was born. She was a late-bloomer. Relaized he magical insights while participating in the arena. Healing Peeta's wounds with the wave of a hand, although she couldn't explain to him exactly how. Thirteen and their allies turned their guns to the Capitol after Katniss was captured.
After the Capitol miraculously won this battle with the help of the Dark Order and AVADA KEDAVRA casted on Katniss Everdeen. Their allies from Thirteen, THE ORDER OF THE PHOENIX, and THE MINISTRY OF MAGIC being killed or tortured in a rendition of Azkaban Prison, a new world order was put into place. The people of Panem and the Wizarding World would live together in Neopanem. Strict dark magic and advanced technology would be put into place that stop anyone from leaving, anyone who tried would live in Azkaban Prison, just as the Death Eaters and Wizarding World criminals before them, and suffer.
Each year, in the dawn of summer, 24 children of any genus would be reaped to participate in the annual Magic Games. A dark and twisted Game once created for peace and prosperity, but now for revenge and greediness. Every other year in addition to the normal Games season, names of eligible competitors will be entered into the Goblet of Fire the night before Halloween for 24 to be selected as Champions to compete in a unique revision of the Games. Either after the tributes faced trial, tribulation, and possibly death, the arena would produce what would be called a lone victor.
But who would conquer this new feat? And more importantly... Who would dare to DAMN THE MAGIC?
