This is completely ridiculous, and Alaric is... almost definitely too old for this, and he has two daughters and a demanding job (... well, currently three of them, technically) and... and what sort of an idiot swipes right on a picture of abs? Yep, he’s officially that lame. But honestly, it’s been so long since he got laid. So fucking long. And this place is hell. And also, this guy kind of looks like Damon and honestly it might be nice to just scratch that itch at last so he doesn’t have to think about it anymore. This is what dating apps are about, right? Scratch that itch. Especially since he knows he’s really not a long-term prospect these days. Hey, if he managed to sleep with someone a half-dozen times and not ask them to marry him it would practically be character development.
