A friend pointed out I never shared this here on Tumblr. Here’s Dance Chara and Ballet Chara, two different Dancetale Charas that form a mom duo to the younger Charas like Charamel and Ash.

Two Charas I talk about fairly occasionally, but haven’t brought to the blog yet, Dance and Ballet. Aptly named I know.
Name: Chara Dreemurr, or Ballet Chara. World: Dancetale. Age: Early 20s. Pronouns: They/them She/her Likes: Dancing, caring for others, polite manners. Dislikes: Wild behavior, rudeness, apathy towards others. Quotes: “Dancing is an art, and Ballet is a fine art.” I honestly don’t know. About: Ballet Chara is a Dancetale Chara who does Ballet and cares for the children under their charge. They’re the caring and nurturing mom Chara of the group.
Name: Chara Dreemurr, or Dance Chara. World: Danceshift. Age: Mid twenties. Pronouns: They/them she/her Likes: Dancing, teaching others, being wild. Dislikes: Rules, uptight people, not having fun. Quotes: “Ignore the rules, have a little fun.” About: Dance is Ballet’s opposite when it comes to style and manners, but when it comes to caring for the younger Charas they’re just as dedicated. They’re the mom that supports your bad habits and solves problems you can’t just ignore or be polite about.

Charas
Ballet sat in the kitchen, staring about the window at Fell Chara and Frisk playing in the grass, a nice sun shining day. Dance Chara soon entered the room as well.
“You feel it too, huh?” Ballet asked without averting their gaze from the two children.
“Hm?”
“Or rather the lack thereof.”
“Oh, that.” Dance replied, confirming Ballet’s suspicions. “Yeah, it’s a strange thing not to have; makes the world more dangerous, that’s for sure. You think it’s the same for those three?”
“I don’t think Chara’s ever Reset before actually, in fact they might not even have that power.” Ballet told Dance. “And Frisk and Narin I don’t think realize it yet, this world doesn’t like being manipulated.”
“So for the first time in a long time, we’re not in control.” Dance said aloud. “Is that making you consider leaving this world?”
Ballet laughed, knowing to do so they’d have to once more have Frisk use all their energy to transport them into yet another world. “Charas abusing a Frisk’s Determination for their own gain, seems familiar.”
“I never have probed you too deeply.”
“Yes, and I thank you for that.” Ballet replied. “Truth is I’m probably the worst person here.”
“We’re all Charas here, save Frisk of course.”
“Yeah, but that doesn’t mean one of us can’t be irredeemable.” Ballet told Dance. “What about you? How was your Frisk?”
“Pacifist.” Dance answered simply. “Came and saved us, took us to the surface.”
“Really?”
Dance stood over Frisk’s bleeding body, their dance leaving the child covered in cuts and slashes. “I can duet with you forever and ever if you like, every reset a new dance and new death to add to the toll, my refle-”
“You there?” Ballet asked their spacing friend.
“Huh? Oh yeah. Just thinking back to Frisk, how they saved everyone and took us to the surface.”
“What made you want to leave then?”
“Boredom. Living happily on the surface with everyone in peace wasn’t really my kind of thing.”
“Of course not.” Ballet gave a small chuckle. “In any case, I don’t think it’s fair of us to ask Frisk of anything right now. We’ll simply make the best of this world.” ________________________________________________________
