The context: I’m an early 2000s baby and vividly remember being uncomfortable having to do the dance to that song and looking back on it now I’m even more uncomfortable and also concerned. For some reason we HAD to do it too or else we’d get punished?? Not sure if it was just my teacher but I’ve talked with other people who remember it and they said they were required to do it as well or get in trouble, like, up to the principal level of trouble?
