Alright, I will add vanilla to it :) As for recipes regarding the alcohol, I just googled “rhubarb gin”, they’re all really similar. Basically you put rhubarb in a big screw top glass, put rhubarb in it (about a pound per liter of spirit) and add a little sugar. I did that yesterday and when I checked on my two glasses, the alcohol was already turning pink :D
Regarding all the cake I baked, all the recipes I used came from German websites. The Strawberry Rhubarb Pie can be found on www.usa-kulinarisch.de and the Rhubarb Crumble Coffee Cake was found here. I can try to translate the recipes into English, if Google can’t help with that :D
